Individual therapy

You may be doing your best to stay positive and energetic — yet still end up feeling anxious, overworked, or disconnected inside. That can feel deeply frustrating and exhausting. Sadly, few of us were ever taught how to be happy. It takes courage to face ourselves; yet it’s the only way to (re)connecting with the vibrant beings that we truly are.

In individual therapy, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself — the different parts within you and how they developed. This process can free you from shame, guilt, blame, and self-criticism, opening the way to compassion and appreciation for your own creativity and resilience instead. Together, we will look at how old patterns may still hold you back, as well as build the resources you need to re-write your life script into a more joyful, rich and authentic way of living.

My main approach is Transactional Analysis (TA) which I combine with the Developmental Model, sex therapy, ADHD and trauma work, knowledge in neurodiversity, as well as mindfulness and energy-based techniques. This unique integration supports both behavioral change in daily habits as well as deeper transformation in how you see yourself and relate to others – allowing transformation that is not only lasting, but life-changing.

The current fee for a 50 min long individual session is 40 eur.
