The unique blend of methods that I use supports both practical behavioural changes as well as allows for deeper shifts in how you see yourself and relate to others — allowing transformation that is not only lasting, but life-changing.
I provide face to face and on-line psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups, in English or in Latvian.
Why psychotherapy? Each of us sees ourselves, others, and the world through a certain frame — one that is often shaped and limited by past experiences. From within that frame, we may find ourselves struggling with core questions: Am I lovable or not enough? Are others trustworthy or hurtful? Is the world a safe place or a dangerous one? If anxiety, depression, emotional instability, relationship or work-related struggles are your constant companions, this may be the right moment to take a step toward change and growth.
My therapeutic aim is to help clients distinguish their adaptations from their wholeness, and to recognise that wholeness in themselves and in others. We are, by nature, relational — and it is through connection that we grow, heal, and enrich one another.
To this end, the theoretical framework I use is Transactional Analysis (TA) which I combine with the Developmental Model, sex therapy, ADHD and trauma work, knowledge in neurodiversity, as well as mindfulness and energy-based techniques. This unique blend of methods that I use supports both practical behavioural changes as well as allows for deeper shifts in how you see yourself and relate to others — allowing transformation that is not only lasting, but life-changing.
