About me

I believe that beneath all our adaptations — the learned ways of thinking, feeling, and acting, even when they turn harshly toward ourselves or others — there remains an untouched core: whole, radiant, and profoundly human.

I’m a trainee-psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis (TA) at the Berne Institute in the UK (https://theberne.comand the Middlesex University in London aiming for a full qualification in Spring, 2026. In adition to my advanced TA training, I’ve trained and hold certificates in assessing and treating sex issues and betrayal; working with ADHD, anxiety, addiction and neurodiversity; application of Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry; and others. I’ve trained with Esther Parel and as I write this, I’m engaged in Developmental model training with Ellyn Bader and Peter Pearson at the Couples Institute (https://www.couplesinstitute.com). I’m a member of International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA, https://itaaworld.com). Prior to psychotherapy, I hold a MSc in International Economics and have more than 20 years work experience in various environments, including cross-cultural projects, giving me a unique understanding of stresses created by cultural differences and global work environment.

I’ve been working with clients since 2020, and it has been both an incredible external and internal journey. Alongside expanding my professional knowledge, skills, and practice, I continue to be deeply touched and inspired by the profound depth, creativity, and mythopoetic nature of the human psyche — and by the co-created space and time we share in therapy and beyond.

This journey has deepened my trust in one of TA’s foundational principles: I’m OK, You’re OK. I believe that beneath all our adaptations — the learned ways of thinking, feeling, and acting, even when they turn harshly toward ourselves or others — there remains an untouched core: whole, radiant, and profoundly human. At our core, we are not, and cannot be, broken.
